Transportation Method

United States：

After the package arrives locally, final-mile delivery will be handled by USPS/UNIUNI.

Japan：

After the package arrives locally, final-mile delivery will be handled by Yamato Transport/Sagawa Express/Japan Post.

Korea：

After the package arrives locally, final-mile delivery will be handled by CJ.

United Kingdom：

After the package arrives locally, final-mile delivery will be handled by local courier services.

Do I need to pay any additional taxes or fees?

You do not need to pay any additional taxes or fees, as we use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping.

Transportation Time

Shipping times vary depending on the products in your package, and we also require an additional 1–2 business days to inspect the supplier’s products to ensure they are in perfect condition.

We currently offer shipping services to the United States, Japan, South Korea, and the United Kingdom. For other regions, please contact us in advance.

United States：

  • Packages without batteries or liquids: 7–10 business days

  • Packages with batteries but no liquids: 7–15 business days

  • Packages with batteries and liquids: 6–10 business days

Korea：

  • 10-12 business days

Japan：

  • 3-6 business days

United Kingdom：

  • 7-10 business days

Note: This does not include any time for customs inspections.

Shipping Fees

United States：Free shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 will be charged $9.9.

Korea：Free shipping on orders over ₩22,000. Orders under ₩22,000 will be charged ₩1,000.

Japan：Free shipping on orders over ¥5,999. Orders under ¥5,999 will be charged ¥999.

United Kingdom：Free shipping on orders over £50. Orders under £50 will be charged £9.9.

Refund

We understand our customers’ concerns about the privacy of adult products (whether they may be resold). To ensure our customers’ health and safety, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges.

However, if you find that the product is damaged upon delivery, please contact us and we will assist you with a refund or other solutions.

Note: If you are concerned about significant color differences, you can contact us before or after placing an order to request real product photos. (Refunds are not supported due to color differences.)
