Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or unsealed intimate products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unused and unopened items may be eligible for return within 30 days after delivery. Customers must contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Return Conditions

- In its original packaging
- In the same condition as received

Refunds

Shipping Fees

Exchanges
