Yes, you can change the address before the order is shipped. After it has been shipped, you will need to wait for the package to arrive locally and then contact us to make the change.

The products are packaged in plain cardboard boxes with no text or images. On the shipping label, we default to “household goods” for customs purposes. If you feel this isn’t private enough, you can contact us to provide alternative wording.
