Each product page includes product photos, descriptions, size information, color options, and available material details. Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting, screen display settings, or production batches.

We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom. We do not currently ship to regions where adult products may be restricted or prohibited by local laws or carrier policies.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may be possible before the order is processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Orders are shipped in plain outer packaging for customer privacy. Product names or adult-related descriptions are not shown on the outer package.

After payment is completed, customers will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are processed only after payment is successfully completed.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or unsealed intimate products cannot be returned or exchanged. Unused and unopened items may be eligible for return within 30 days after delivery. Please contact us before returning any item.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. After reviewing the case, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
