Currently, we ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, South Korea, and Japan.
However, you’re welcome to contact us to check if delivery is available to your location. We may need to confirm the destination country in advance so we can coordinate with our shipping carriers.Yes, we use low-saturation, plain cardboard boxes. By default, the shipping label is marked as everyday items, but you can contact us to customize the label to your preference.
It usually takes 7-15 days, but may take longer if customs inspection is involved.
Products
We understand your concerns. That’s why we encourage you to contact us before purchasing—we can provide product photos as well as information about the manufacturing environment. We ensure that all our products are carefully selected and produced by suppliers who meet established production standards.
Currently, our products are primarily made from silicone, with some made from PVC. In the future, we plan to expand into additional materials such as glass and metal.
This depends on your level of experience:
- Beginner: We recommend smaller to medium-sized products with softer firmness. These are easier to adapt to and provide a more comfortable experience.
- Intermediate: We suggest medium-sized products with slightly firmer firmness, offering a balance between flexibility and stimulation.
- Advanced: We recommend larger sizes with firmer firmness, which provide stronger pressure and a more intense experience.

We support PayPal and credit card payments.
Yes, it is very secure. We use SSL encryption provided by Shopify to protect your payment information.
Refund
We understand our customers’ concerns about the privacy of adult products (whether they may be resold). To ensure our customers’ health and safety, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges.
However, if you find that the product is damaged upon delivery, please contact us and we will assist you with a refund or other solutions.
Note: If you are concerned about significant color differences, you can contact us before or after placing an order to request real product photos. (Refunds are not supported due to color differences.)
